The first round was an HR phone interview, which mainly covered my background and career interests. The HR also introduced the project details and key responsibilities of the position.
The second round was a face-to-face interview with two project managers. It focused on my past experience, project involvement, and how my skills could contribute to their current projects. The managers were friendly and professional, and the conversation was mainly about real work scenarios rather than tricky or technical questions.
