First interview at Recruitment Company, second at Company. The Recruitment Company interview was not so thorough as the interview at the Company. In the interview in the Company premises they presented both the good and the bad parts with the job, which I appreciated. At this stage I also got to meet some of my colleagues to-be.

Ability to relocate, ability to work under stress and irregular hours. Willingness to work with old applications and willingness to adapt to working with colleagues in different time zones (as this makes working hours quite irregular). Ability to work with both blue collar and white collar employees. Willingness to do training for colleagues in Application Management and Company Processes.
