I applied for a position at this company, and as part of the process, they asked me to create a brochure. However, they never offered any payment or compensation for the work, nor did they inform me of the interview results. Later, I discovered that they had used my brochure without my consent. I find this behavior extremely unprofessional and unethical — it shows a serious problem in their recruitment process and a lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort.
