This is the worst interview I have had to undergo. The online interview started with 1 HR and 2 Directors. The HR was excellent but the Directors were not. One of the directors based my internship experience on Investopedia and was adamant that his source of Investopedia was right on how financial institutions managed certain assets. How do I know? He quoted an example with "Lehman Brothers" Many students would know it is a commonly used example on Investopedia. The second director was manipulative. He asked, "If you are hardworking, then working overtime should not be a problem right?". This was his exact words. It seems they are looking for a corporate slaves that does many hours of OT while drawing an average monthly. Overall the interview gave me a clear idea of the company's culture: 1. They do not regard employees' opinions seriously 2. They expect the trainees to work long hours 3. The management lacks empathy Apply at your own risks.
