Unnecessary interview process for what is quite literally a call centre job - the turnover is incredibly high. Online application, followed by phone interview and then an assessment centre consisting of various group tasks and an individual interview. They state that they repay travel expenses up to £100 for the assessment centre which is not true. However, the people were friendly.
The in-person interview began with some general questions about my background and interest in the company, followed by some consulting-style problem solving questions, and finally a Q&A with current employees.

Initial phone interview to gauge more about you and what attracted you to the company . If successful you go for an assessment centre where you do a few group activities in addition to individual interviews.
Positive overall, had a virtual assessment online, parts were timed. Then a phone interview, then a virtual assessment day which involved role play calls, problem solving questions, how to "make the company better", and a 30 minute interview.
