Absolutely identical to every other review here. The lack of structure and professionalism is evident all the way through in the organisation. Red flags- “Need to convince the CEO about the value of marketing”, took 2-3 weeks to get back each time, at the interview said “oh I’ve forgotten what we discussed it was so long ago” almost as if it isn’t the HOM’s entire job as the hiring manager to remember what has been discussed. Between the inability to take notes, the glacial pace taken respond to senior candidates on time and then randomly responding on Sundays and the garish unaesthetic white lights (like ugly hospital lights! - yikes!) this company seems like quite a comical and downright unserious operation.
Unfit for younger millennials and Gen Z, there also seems to be a general culture of fear initiated by the CEO. The aura of the office was wildly off and did not seem like nice or pleasant place to work.
After the inter there was a comment about my creative style- which is wildly hilarious given that it was primarily a project management role, indicating no scope or KPI clarity exists. Honestly, I think the background score that everyone at this company listens to is circus music.
And although appearance isn’t everything, everyone I engaged with was dressed quite casually, which made me think of them as even more unserious. It’s not vibes!
