It was a great first interview, very detailed about their struggles, and open to what they were looking for. I was invited back for a second interview. We held it virtually due to some health issues. Very conversational and open about their roles and how the company has grown. You are asked to do an assessment. It was very sales oriented (even tho this role and my past weren't in sales). Some questions were normal workplace assessment questions. I followed up with the recruiter after the assessment and then a week later via e-mail and phone calls. I heard nothing, no callbacks or e-mails for any feedback. If it's not a good fit, I understand but all companies should communicate to the people who have spent time to interview.
