Submitted my application and resume and got called back for two interviews. She asked me a lot of questions about what's in style. She also asked me questions about past work experience and how those experiences would relate to the job there.

Entrevista
There were three rounds of interviews; first one i was asked to go around the store and pick out 3 things that I like and 3 things that I thought they shouldn't be selling, then explain my choices. I made it to the second round which was just a normal retail interview with questions about past customer service experience. Didn't make it to the third round, but it's honestly ridiculous for a thrift store to make you go through 3 rounds of in-person interviews.

Entrevista
It wasn't bad at all. Three interview process where the job was offered by the third. The questions are VERY fashion heavy (obviously), so know what you are getting into. Know what current trends are and be able to speak on past trends. They will ask you to go through a section in the store and pick out items that you think sell quickly and ones that sell slowly (or do not at all). Be prepared to speak on your choices.
