I applied on LinkedIn via easy apply, got an email from HR and was immediately scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager and an additional staff member. That went well and as a result I was given an assignment to show them how I thought given I was an out of the box candidate having not previously worked on movie campaigns. During my second interview I met with 11 additional people including the HR representative at the very end who is great in terms of being forthcoming with what they might be able offer. although the wrapup process didn’t go the way I would’ve liked, I can actually say I gained a lot of confidence from the experience and I hope to work for them in the future in the right role.
