      1st Round Phone interview with a recruiter with an AI to help the recruiter come up with questions and aid them in the interview process. Then a take home assessment that states a prompt and answer accordingly. Next round is behavioral with some team members.

      While everyone I spoke with was extremely kind and accommodating, the interview process is extensive, in my opinion: 1. Initial 30 min screen with TA person via Google Meet ( Monica is awesome btw, extremely responsive and kind) 2. Trial Written Project -- For the trial project, you're asked to compile a response to a simulated support request ( i.e. "How do I...?". You're given a couple of resources which include their knowledge base/help center and community forum. This product is extremely robust and so is their help center, so this requires some time to complete especially if you've never used this product. You're given 5 days which is very reasonable. 3. Life Experience Interview -- This is a 1-hour culture fit session where you'll be peppered with questions surrounding your work and life experience. There were two Bubble employees on this call, one of which was currently in the role that I was interviewing for and the other was on the design team. This was an enjoyable session. 4. Live Case Study - This part is really the reason why I think that the interview process is extensive. During this 1 hour and 15-minute session, you're asked to use the app to create specific features with 2 members of the team. You're provided with the same resources as the trial project and encouraged to create an account and play around with features to prepare. Unfortunately, I flopped the case study session and this resulted in me not moving forward with the final interview. At the time, I was already employed and did not have the time to learn the product and language enough to be successful. This session was also extremely nerve-wracking and I felt a lot of pressure, so this played a huge role in my ability to keep my composure and focus. Again, everyone was extremely kind and this was one of the most organized interview processes I've ever experienced, but I'm not sure if the Live Case Study is necessary considering the majority of candidates are not going to have prior experience with using Bubble or the time to learn the product to this level. I would also expect this during onboarding/training.
