I submitted an application online, and was contacted by an assistant principal about a month later by email. He offered to schedule either in person or by video conference. I interviewed in person. It was a panel interview with a principal, department head, and instructional lead teacher. It is my understanding that all teacher interviews in the district are panel interviews.
