I submitted an application printed from the website, got a call about 2 weeks later to do an interview. Then another 2 weeks later they gave me a second interview in which they basically told me that I got the job and told me about some of their policies.

I met with the manager by showing up in person, had a very informal interview, with basic questions, etc. I was offered a position by phone within a few days.
