Group interview. They throw the sales pitch at you and describe that what you'll be doing is door-to-door sales, all commission based but without explicitly saying that it's a door-to-door sales job. They also try to sell to you that commission based pay is better than salary or hourly because YOU are in control of how much YOU want to make, etc.

While it is unfortunate that our opportunity wasn't what you were looking for in 2019, we appreciate this feedback! We do sales, and our pay structure is base/hourly, but our team members prefer commission.
Many perks come with working for our company and in our industry. However, we understand that this isn't the best fit for some.
