The company has a professional recruiter and I did a Skype interview with him and later was interview by the President of the Company and accepted the job offer. The process was extremely professional and I still consider the people I worked with to be good friends. I would describe the interview as somewhat stressed, but still handled in a professional manner. This is a first class organization.
