The interview process was very smooth. The overall process took 6 weeks to complete. The recruiter was very helpful and responsive throughout the process and scheduled first virtual interview within the first week of contact. The second round interview with the rest of the team and senior leadership happened the following week. Overall the interview experience was very positive, with a few curve ball questions by senior leadership. A week after the in person interview, the recruiter reached out to let me know that the decision making process is almost complete, however, the team has to interview a last minute internal candidate who had also shown interest in the role. The recruiter reached out two weeks after this communication to let me know that they had gone forward the internal candidate.
