Met with manager and director for the interview process which was formal question period on technical capabilities but seemed to be more focused on the fit with the environment.

Set up an interview with a HR person for 2 days later. Day of interview arrived, 30 minutes went by, no show. I made repeated efforts to email the person and didn't receive any response. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional to not give any notice or any apology. Safe to assume they ghosted me, which I haven't experienced up to this point.
