There were fours interviews with different stakeholders. After an initial screening, I had several interviews, including face face meetings. Once my references were checked, I received a job offer, which I accepted after negotiating the terms.
Interview process is quite tiring and lengthy process, you have to go through too many interviews with different stakeholders. Organisation structure sounds quite complicated. Interviews are the usual structured/ behavioral interviews.
