I was so impressed with how professional Britten Studios was with my interview! I started with applying on the companies website (which was a super easy process with jobvite!) and was contacted by a HR manager within a couple of days. It was so refreshing to speak with someone who was truly passionate about hiring for this position. Plus it felt more like a conversation than and interview. I then was invited to interview with my potential manager who took the time to really learn about my personality. He then took the time to introduce me to potential colleagues, and gave me a tour of the facility! After the interview, I wanted nothing more than to work for Britten. I was blown away by the culture, the passion, and the overall happiness. I was invited back to do a final interview where I got to learn our process of producing a job from start to finish, then did a mock up sales email and cold call to a potential buyer (who was another manager acting as a buyer). Shortly after that, I was offered the position and am still extremely pleased here!
