Interview for me was facing 3 people, interviewer, note taker, and a line manager. I was told I kept going off point and began talking about something else. Talk too little, talk too much, you never know what the specific interviewer really wants. Presentation at the end, which was just a discussion on how to save money for a customer. This was just a group talk while you are being observed. Dont talk too much as you need to be seen as working well in a team, not as an individual.
