On the interview panel were the recruitment manager and the marketing officer. Interview lasted about an hour. There were two parts, one on your related work experience, the other on the British Council's behavior guidelines (which was sent along with the invitation letter for the interview). There were also unexpected questions regarding your experience working with children (for English courses for kids and teens) and your opinion about children's classroom safety.
