Panel Interview with each panelist asking questions. Questions were focused on background and mainly behaviours and skills. it lasted a total of 1hour.There were 6 main focus areas on the interview. CV and Background overview, Key Behaviours Questions around Working with Others, Making it Happen, and Using Your Influence. There was a section around negotiation, working on multiple projects and people management.
