Got the interview through a recruiter. Have never heard about this company before. First red flag was there is no Glassdoor reviews on this company at all. Second red flag was there were few typos on their official website.
Got through the first round of interview, the interviewer was demeaning and spoke extremely fast. They wanted people to be in the office 5 days a week as a none-negotiable. When I mentioned my salary range, the interviewer was quite disrespectful about the range I mentioned. When I asked what is it like to work there, the answer was very vague. I spoke to a few people there, they were all there for less than few months. A lot of red flags.
Also this company is set up under a trust, through online information it is very hard to know who exactly owns this company, combining with they acquired the closed up company Dolphin Financial clients and asset portfolio. Its hard to not draw some similarities between the set up and business nature between Dolphin Financial and Britannia.
Overall I see a lot of red flags about this company and didn't chase up with the interview results.
