Contacted by HR approximately 2 weeks after applying. Set up a call with a member of the team at the level I was applying for later that week. Call went well, but didn't hear anything for 1 week. Reached out to HR and was told that I should have been scheduled for the next round. Had to follow up again, but eventually received the invite for the next round of interviews the following week (with the same person I already interviewed with, the hiring manager, and two other members of the team). Had the call with the team which I felt went well, and never heard anything ever again despite following up. Completely ghosted.
