The interview process took several months. I applied for this position and after a month and a half I had my first interview with 3 individuals, after another month I was contacted for a finalist interview. Unfortunately, I was never contacted either way after my second interview which is a bit unprofessional. The first interview was more in-depth and straight forward while the second interview was a bit more casual. I was informed this program is going through a lot of changes/challenges and it is pretty obvious they still don’t have a rhythm going.
