I appeared for the interview at the company in Pune. First round they asked me questions related to AWS and services. Gave me a problem and asked to design a solution. I gave a good solution. Technical Guy who was recruiting me asked my previous and last CTC. Second round, Manager introduced himself and started asking relevant questions based on my past projects. It went well. Manager also asked my last CTC and expectations. After 2-3 days, HR contacted me and said that I have got a positive feedback and they want me to join within a week since I wasn't working. I told them politely that I have another offer from a different company and what are they offering in terms of compensation. They said maybe you should take that offer and we have one more round left for you. Shocked, I asked earlier she said they had an offer. She said - She'll get back to me. A week later, I called she said - "We'll take some time and inform you as soon as we get a response from the upper management'. 2 Weeks later I called and she said they have closed position and not taking recruitment for that position. My friend had a similar story, guys don't waste your time applying here.
