This was one of the smoothest processes I have been a part of in my professional career. Mae Tunney was an invaluable guide through this process. From our first interaction she outlined the interview process along with the person that I would be speaking with next. Although I interviewed with two leaders within the company, the scheduling was done within a day and everything was confirmed with ease.
As the interviewee, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the speediness of the process, nothing was missed. I was given time to talk about my experiences and learn about Brightspeed and their expectations, to see if we both aligned. I'm happy to say that it did.
After my offer acceptance, Mae was still there willing to give me a hand and direct me to the correct contact within Brightspeed. Given that I was in my previous role for almost five years, any move would be a hard transition. However, the transition was smooth.
