Rubbish interview process. Was pitched this role by an external recruiter who I had to chase up to get the meeting booked. Rescheduled call several times. Spent nearly an hour with the hiring manager, never heard anything back from BrightEdge or the recruiter. Misaligned expectations from recruiter - mentioned 3 days in office, BrightEdge were adamant to 4 days minimum. Looking for a "Best in Class" SDR Manager, with a low value recruitment experience. It seems they didn't really know what they wanted. Stay away, you'll only be wasting your time.
