All they asked about was why I wanted so much money and whether I was really competitive. Did not care about personality at all and not helpful is describing what the job was about. I really didn’t like the interview

3 rounds of interviews all conducted by a different person. Recruiter is usually very involved with follow ups and pre interview check ins. My recruiter did end up quitting with out any notice though.
