It all started out well. Friendly. Connected and interested. Then we moved to onsite where they flew me in. Great coordination. Good accommodations/Uber pick up/drop off Onsite: -VERY long (7 people) and back to back with a lunch break -Unorganized - people asked the same questions, didn't know when to come into the room so I had to wait alone sometimes -Generally friendly -There were a lot of junior questions At the end, they wanted to make an offer and in conversation they then went ghost after the interview. No reply and I had direct contact with the CEO and the head of recruiting as a long term connection.
