Heard about the company through job fair on campus, and I applied online through the website for a job the recruiter recommended I apply to. They responded within a week or two to schedule a phone interview, since I was located in San Diego and the office is in the Bay Area. I would recommend that if they ask you when you are able to start, say immediately because I think they are looking for people to start ASAP. The interviewer was very friendly and seemed like he really liked working for the company.
