had phone screen with HR, then face-face interview with team of four people, including HR, hiring manager, and two peers. The atmosphere was welcoming, the people I met with were professionally solid. The interview questions focused on demonstrating an understanding of the job function, how one would handle specific challenges, and address the market opportunity. Not too many whacky behavior interviewing questions that some people are fond of (e.g. a real example from some years ago: "if you were a food, what would you be?")
