Three stages after the initial application. A casual introductory phone call, a more formal skills interview, and then a beliefs interview. The second two were virtual for me but they often do the last one in person.

BrightLocal employs a three-stage interview process comprised of an initial chat, a skills interview, and a beliefs interview. The beliefs interview gauges an applicant's feelings on company beliefs such as teamwork, speaking up, and more.
