Submitted application form, received a questionnaire for completion, submitted answers then proceeded to interview, which I thought went really well. I was then invited to complete an online psychometric/personality test with multiple-choice questions such as would you prefer to direct a film? I received a pleasant email a few days later from the interviewer to advise that I had not progressed to the next round.
