They waste your time by making you take a cognitive test Which has about the same complexities as the psat. Don’t waste my time as a senior developer applying for a senior role with silly exams that take 30 minutes. At least give me a coding challenge or something useful or applicable to my job. When I started this challenge my mind was made to turn down the offer. Also compensation was 20k low to the average compensation.
