Good stable company with good benefits, great at training you in various tasks, willing to listen to employees and some of the best owners of a company I have worked for.

The interview process involved two separate interviews. The first was with the president of the company and seemed like an opportunity to get to know the leadership and a little more about the projects at the firm. The second interview involved being interviewed by 3 project managers with typical interview questions.
