I was first contacted by their recruiting department to complete 3 assessments at home including the Meyers-Briggs personality test. Didn't hear anything for a few weeks, then got called in for an interview. It was an 8 hour day -- first part of the day was two group interviews, then two of us got to stay after lunch for departmental interviews in a different building.

Great first interview, he was very honest about the company culture which seems intense. We had a pretty frank conversation regarding the culture and characters who work there which I appreciated

Met with recruiter, then two partners on exec's team. Ultimately pulled from the process as the role was not a fit for me at that point in time. The recruiter and partners were all lovely, responsive, and honest.

I can't tell you how many interviews I went on. This is a long process with a very lengthy evaluation. You go through a deep personal evaluation about the principles of Ray Dalio.
