Interview process is very simple. Set a date up and show up on time and you’re set. The manager will have a sit down with you and ask some basic questions. After the interview he’ll show you around the shop and introduce you to everyone in the back shop and the people the work up front with the customers. After you’re done with the interview you’ll have to pass and drug test and background check. Once all that is complete and you accept the offer, you’re ready to work!

I applied in March. They usually take 2000 applications and out of that they call back 200 people. They do this annually sometimes twice a year (Extremely high turnover rate). I heard back a week later to test on March 25th. Passed the test which consist of gages, math, and aptitude questions. Also situational questions. I was scheduled for an interview April 25th. The interview is administered by men. 6 men 2 seperate interviews, who try to intimidate you. They ask situational questions and questions about your backgroundhistory in regards to your previous jobs. After the 1st interview I was honestly ready to go. Jobs seems stressful and Overrated. They also told us though we interviewed in April we wouldn't start until the end of October!! Who can wait that long on a job? And even if you pass the interview Phase you still have be scheduled for a Physical we if your heart rate goes 1 point higher than normal that deems you ineligible for the job. Plus background and hair follicle test. Not worth it for just $15 hourly

Met with management once...very informal. I wouldnt even say I had a real interview. I went in person in early December and didnt receive a callback until late January where it was assumed I was hired already.
