The atmosphere at bridgehead is that of a more hipster quite Starbucks. The interviewer was very laid back and chill. The whole process had a very casual light feel too it and was over in about a half hour.

I applied online and received a phone call from a hiring manager a few weeks later. We had a conversation on the phone during which time she asked me why I wanted to work at Bridgehead. Then we arranged an interview time. The manager sat with me in the coffee shop and asked me questions for about fifteen minutes while her assistant manager interviewed another candidate. Halfway through, we switched places, and the assistant manager interviewed me for fifteen minutes. The interviewers were very casual and friendly.
