The hiring and interview process was awful, I should have recognized that this institution was very unorganized and in trouble. The previous manager was taken from the Clinical Liaison management position due to her lack of education in healthcare and her determination to micro-manage and harass her staff. She tried to run the hospital instead of the VP of the facility.
