First interview was with their recruiter, the second with the hiring manager. Hiring manager was extremely boring and asked 0 relevant questions. Did not vibe with her at all. Hiring managers in sales should be asking questions related to your current skills, current quota attainment, and examples of deals and processes you use.
The interview process is straightforward with a recruiter phone screen, hiring manager interview, panel interviews, and a final round. Overall, good people and a good process. The communication from the recruiter team is solid as well.
