I’m passively looking and hopped on a call to learn more about the opportunity. I mentioned that I was interested in another role and she kindly put me in contact with the recruiter working on that. I appreciate the introduction; however, I never heard from the other recruiter on the possibility of chatting. I understand we’re all busy and I may not have the experience, but at least follow up and don’t leave me hanging. It’s not a good look.

2 calls with the hiring manager, 4 thirty minute interview rounds with the team with specific focus areas related to the job. The interviews were conversational and I enjoyed the questions.
