If you make it past the screening stage, you may then be invited to participate in one-on-one interviews, and then team interviews with various folks on the team. Later you complete a mock assignment that you will present and discuss.

There was only one interview, and it was with a panel of program managers. The interview was core value related, and was about an hour long. You were interviewed alongside about three other candidates, and you were extended follow-up steps at the conclusion. I got an offer within 3 days of my interview.
