The interview was prompt and straightforward up until the very end when I was ghosted by the employer after 3 follow-ups. The unprofessionalism is extremely frustrating as I interviewed to the final round and invested over 2 hours of presentation preparation and group interviewing with the company. To not even provide an update is absolutely disrespectful to a job seeker and only takes a moment. I was not even looking for feedback but merely a status of my candidacy for the position.
