I applied online and heard back from a recruiting manager to schedule an interview. After sending my available, the call was not scheduled for whatever reason. I then kindly followed up to schedule a call and still no response from the manager. I then come to see the role was reposted so they are hiring. Why bother sending me an interview request and then not schedule a call. This is recruiting basics 101.
