There were 3 zoom interviews. First was short like 20 min. They asked questions, took notes and were looking for a values match. Second interview was pretty much the same but went deeper. They even had me do an exercises that felt like being in a workshop - I felt seen and apprecaited each time I met with staff from the company. Then the third was with the Sales Director and it was really great as they showed me once again the values of the company come first. This was evident.
