I was first approached by a staff agency and then, after a phone interview and 1:1 interview at the agency, I was redirected to a real workplace. It has a culture based on trust and investment on people, so the office seamed to be great and people seamed to be happy. Oddly, I was told to wait for the next interview - that was supposed to be scheduled - but after a month from this feedback, things changed and the job was no longer available.
