Telephone screening- why you want to work there. What was your worst experience. Tell me about your background and experience. Why should we hire you. Do you have anything that prevents you from working for us. And a bunch of other simple questions, some that made no sense at all.

None- basic elementary questions. The questions that you are asked are so simple, a kid can answer them. Don't get worked up because it is not that difficult at all. Remember they have a strong history of not being able to keep good help because they treat them so bad. and one more word of advice- you can work there only if you want something temporary or if you are new out of nursing school and cant find a job.
