Did an online application then was asked to do a written test. Consisting of summarizing an interview with a professor talking about a clinical trial. Then was invited to a short 45 minute interview on site with two members of staff. Staff were very friendly and put me at ease. Asked about my motivations for the internship and company, how I handle stress and a high work load. Asked for more details about things on my cv/ cover letter. Discussed the role in more detail.
