The process was very erratic. All the interviewers said different things about job responsibilities. Someone even stated they were not sure what the role of this person would be. In the panel interview, one of the interviewers seemed disinterested and asked such generic questions. The entire process did not feel professional at all. One person in the panel yelled at the other one. The other person's expression said - run, while you still can. It felt so strange. Lastly, there were so many red flags in the reporting structure. There was no consistency in answers. The way HR followed up was very unprofessional. They kept calling over the weekends. They were very pushy for some reason, and it did feel like the organization did not genuinely care for its people.
