First interview was with an engineering director. Was then asked to complete a 'homework assignment' of medium complexity that took ~10 hours to complete. Second interview was with the team lead and consisted of some technical questions and a code review of the homework assignment. I received an offer for the position and after some brief negotiation we agreed on a contract, however Brainloop HR never sent over the contract and instead a few days later called and said they would be revoking the contract, with no explanation why. There were several instances throughout the hiring process where the people in charge of hiring at Brainloop would send me meeting invites for the wrong dates and times, or links for meetings that weren't valid. Overall I would rate the entire process as unprofessional.
